HOTEL INFORMATION

CONVENTION RATES: Special NSA Convention Room Rates are $109.00 per night for a single or a double, Run of House rooms. Additional persons (18 years and older) will be charged $10 per person per night. The group rate will be honored 3 nights prior to and after convention dates. Room rates are subject to applicable taxes, 6.5 % sales tax and 5% bed tax.

RESERVATIONS: Guests may begin calling the Lodge at Sawmill Creek at (419) 433-3800 to make reservations beginning January 1, 2010. Please specify the 2010 National Stereoscopic Association Convention to receive the group rate. The Guest Room Block cut-off date is June 22, 2010, but if rooms are still available after that date, the group rate will be honored. At the time a reservation is made, the guest will be required to provide a name, address, phone number and a first night room deposit, plus applicable taxes. Cancellations will be fully refunded if notice is received by the hotel at least 3 days prior to the day of arrival.

AMENITIES: Every room in the Lodge at Sawmill Creek is outfitted with distinctive furnishings and a special ambience that will make you feel right at home. On top of that, you'll enjoy these thoughtful amenities for a more comfortable stay: electronic locks for added security; television; hair dryer; iron and ironing board; coffee/tea maker; clock/radio; work space; daily housekeeping; and 24-hour on-site security.

Hotel amenities include business center, fitness center, massage room, game room, indoor/outdoor pool, a Tom Fazio designed world-class 18-hole golf course, 500 acre Nature Preserve, lakefront marina, gift shops and 5 restaurants. Several common areas offer cozy indoor spots within the hotel and convention center for gathering. There are also outdoor areas to relax and socialize.

INTERNET ACCESS: Internet is available at a rate of $6.95 per day or a flat $14.00 for the entire stay.

Mariner's Club, at the marina. Dining on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Mulligan's Pub, views of the 9th green, lunch and dinner on the deck or indoors.

Black Bear Saloon, casual bar & grille. Entertainment Fri/Sat 9:30pm to 1:30am.

PARKING: Free parking on-site is available to all guests of the resort and attendees of the convention.

We have a contract to fill a minimum number of room nights, so we encourage you to stay at the Sawmill Creek Resort. However, we also acknowledge that some of you may wish to stay at alternate lodging or camp in local campgrounds. Please contact the Lake Erie Shores and Islands Welcome Center for information regarding these options.
