LOVELAND, COLORADO
Loveland is located about 55 miles north of Denver International Airport (40 miles from the city of Denver). Driving on major highways takes about an hour, and shuttles will be arranged for those who choose not to drive or rent a car.Loveland is conveniently located at the foot of the Rockies. US34 goes west from the hotel and is the main route to Rocky Mountain Park (which is just a little over a half-hour away), Horsetooth Lake, and many other scenic wonders and historic mining towns located on the Peak-to-Peak highway that runs from RMP down to Central City.
Within Loveland there are bike paths and running trails, a world-class permanent sculpture exhibit (see Excursions), parks, restaurants, shopping, museums and theater.
